Chris began his career at HLS as a paralegal before being promoted to Manager of Operations. In his current role, he supervises HLS attorneys, paralegals, and interns: setting their goals, assigning their work, and measuring their performance. He serves as an intermediary between staff members, including attorneys, paralegals, and analysts, in order to foster interdepartmental communication and collaboration. He works closely with the rest of the management team in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, as well as routine HR matters such as scheduling. He offers strategic recommendations to the Director regarding firm policies, procedures, and projects, and provides information and support to clients as needed.
Outside HLS, Chris works on his golf game so he can join the Senior PGA Tour on his 50th birthday.
