Brian is a manager at HLS, where he currently handles a variety of tasks including human resources, marketing, software development, and compliance projects. When not reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates, Brian is usually following up with potential new business partners and current clients. He frequently interacts with our clients while partnering with our programmers to develop software projects aiding HLS to increase client revenues. In his previous role as a paralegal, he wrote medical necessity and procedural denial appeals and resolved coordination of benefits issues for our hospital and nursing home clients. Brian now utilizes that expertise to train our new staff on procedural denials.
Brian also partners with Chris Pondo to organize social activities within the office, including happy hours, holiday parties, and general morale-boosting activities both for HLS staff and for our clients. Outside HLS, Brian works with the Princeton Internships in Civic Service program to mentor undergraduates interning in the DC area. Prior to coming to HLS, he was involved with political and civic organizations in his home state of New Jersey. Brian enjoys golfing, baking, and music that is much older than him.
